It seemed like the wheels fell off at this place today. The employees seemed hopelessly lost, trouble with the orders, the cash register, making customers wait, and place could have used a good cleaning. Even though the order was right, it was not all that good. Asked for extra pickles and got one extra. Onion rings were over cooked almost to the point of being burnt. This place usually has it together. One last comment, they have the typical Coca Cola machine with very limited selections. How about a new machine with all the flavors?

I had a taste for White Castle & decided to make a detour here because I was in the area. I went thru the drive thru & placed my order for 10 Jalapeno Burgers & a large sweet tea. The lady taking my order seemed like she didn't want to be taking my order & when I asked her for the price of a drink she just added it to my order on the screen with out telling me how much it was. I probably could have got out & waxed my car with how long it took to even get to the front window. The drive thru was not very fast. However once I got my order the food was hot & tasted really good. The food was delicious. The sweet tea was good as well. Overall the person at the drive thru could have been a little bit more patient & the service could have been a little bit faster but the food was hot & tasted really good. I would eat here again if I was in the area.

Went there today in the drive trhru. I ordered a combo and asked for 2 onion rings rather than 2 fries... a 10 piece of cheese stix, a medium chicken rings.... $24 buck and some change later I'm heading home. Stuck in hideous traffic due to the Mosque letting out, anyhow I get home and all I have is 8 cold sliders and two fries with a hair on the fries. I was upset so I called bcs most of our food was missing. The manager Steve... Steven... idk answers, evidentally he's the manager, he has this monotone voice and acted like I was putting him out. Said, "Well, Ma'm I appologized!". After telling him I was heading back there back into traffic yet again I hung up. He calls me back and tells me if I'd rather not go back that he could cancel my CC charge. I say than go ahead and do that. While finishing up our call he ends with, "I'm sorry that I have to deal with hearing you". Don't you worry Steve, you will never be lucky enough to have to deal with me or my money again. A side note to the higher ups at White Castle, this is who you have representing your store. Maybe some retraining with customer service is in order.

Is anyone on Yelp a fan of the extremely talented powerhouse of a band Tool? Though their lyrics have nothing to do with the Castle, they coincidentally wrote lyrics that jive with a common post-traumatic syndrome of late night White Castle visits: "God damn, SHIT THE BED!" (I did not do that, but metaphorically speaking...)

This review is for the location. I don't know anyone who hasn't had White Castle. This location almost always serves fresh/hot food. Out of all of the White Castle's in the area this one is my favorite.

when the food is cooked as you order, the food is superb. However, when the food is prepared minutes before you order, it is absolutely terrible and has a nasty after effect. The people are, in general, competent. But, there are a few workers that just don't seem to listen when one places an order via drive thru. So, I gotta take points off for that. The inside staff is very courteous. So, overall good place to eat depending on when food is order and the method of which it is ordered.
